The Top 10 is compiled using homes that have a list price within 20 percent of the national median home price, which was $209,900 last week.

4. 3 bed, 2 bath Miami, FL home listed for $250,000 The kitchen, baths, walls and floors are updated with modern materials and colors. The basics are there, the home just needs your personal touch to give it some style.
